GearHub Autoparts operates this parts catalog and inquiry website. Online checkout and payment processing are not available. Do not send card details, passwords or eBay authorization tokens through our forms or email.

Part inquiries

Our inquiry form prepares an email in your email application. Entering information into the form alone does not send it to GearHub. If you send the email, we receive the details you include, such as your name, email address, VIN, part number and question. We use these details to respond and help identify the requested part. Your email provider also processes that message under its own privacy practices.

Browser storage and hosting

An earlier version of this website saved selected part SKU identifiers in browser local storage. Those selections may remain on your device until you clear this site's browser data; they do not reserve inventory. Our hosting provider, Render, may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and secure the website.

eBay catalog connection

Our catalog imports listing information from GearHub's own authorized eBay seller account, including titles, photo links, prices, SKUs, shipping details and availability at the time of import. Availability is not guaranteed in real time; please contact us to confirm. Visitors do not need to sign in to eBay. This inquiry-only website does not place eBay orders or change listings in response to inquiries. Seller authorization credentials are stored separately from the public website.

External services

Following an eBay link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Public seller feedback shown on this website uses masked reviewer names. When images are delivered by an external image host, your browser connects to that host to retrieve them. Email and hosting providers process information as part of delivering their services.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry correspondence for responding to requests and related business records, and may retain it where needed for legal obligations or resolving disputes. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided. We may need to verify that a request relates to you. Please identify the inquiry without sending sensitive credentials.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the website's data practices change, including before introducing online orders or payment services.
